Frontier Journal of Management (FJMT) is an International, Peer-reviewed ,Open access, Quarterly online Journal offering high quality research across the management discipline. The Journal aims to provide an online publishing platform for the Academia, Management Researchers, and Management students, to publish their Original Research Articles , Review Articles, Short communications and Letters. FJMT focuses on publishing scholarly articles in the areas of Management, Management principles, recent inventions in Management, Company Management, Financial Management, Human Resources, Accounting, Marketing, Operations Management, Human Resource Management, Statistics, International Business, Information Technology, Environment, Risk Management, Globalization and related areas, Strategic Management. The Journal seeks research in original manuscripts that identify, extend, unify, test or apply scientific and multi-disciplinary knowledge concerned to the management field. It also emphasises to provide global perspectives on management and organizations of benefit to Scholars, Educators, Students, Practitioners, Policy-makers and Consultants worldwide and welcomes contributions across the Management, Sociology, Psychology and Political Science areas of research.

All submitted Manuscripts should report original, unpublished experimental research work and results which will be Peer-reviewed within 10 days from the date of acceptance of the manuscript. The Submitted papers will be reviewed by Editorial Board Members and technical committees of the Journal and Association.

After preliminary evaluation by the Editorial Board, the papers which meet the standards of academic excellence within the scope of the journal will be sent to three referees (experts in respective fields) for evaluation.

The decision of the Editor-in-Chief to publish a paper in concurrence with referee(s) opinion is considered final. Articles submitted to the Journal should meet this criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Journal as mentioned in the Publication Ethics and Author Guidelines of the journal subject to both review and editing.
